High volume operations prefer the 8.5 gpm power of the K-3007 to keep production moving. Ornamental, FRC, and smaller panel plants often select the 3.8 gpm output of the K-3003 for their great etch. A high powered diesel engine or electric motor provides ample flow of hot water and chemical at pressure for a very rapid, high quality etch. Our patented Chemical Induction System is the only method that delivers this level of performance. Units are available in a variety of configurations to meet your requirements.

Intricate castings are no problem – the ability to etch quickly with a powered spray eliminates the pooling, over-etching/under-etching common to other methods. The K-3003 is available in a variety of configurations to meet your specific requirements.
